Por las razones antes señaladas, este Juzgado de los Municipios Sotillo y Uracoa de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Monagas, Administrando Justicia en NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, con base en los Artículos 185-A del Código Civil y 12 del Código de Procedimiento Civil; declara Con Lugar la acción de Divorcio intentada por los ciudadanos: KARINA DE LOURDES ALVARADO BETÁNCOURT y YOUSSEF SARKIS EL CHAIKHA MARQUEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nº V- 14.517163 y V- 17.525.382, por consiguiente disuelto el vinculo matrimonial que los unía.- DE LA COMUNIDAD CONYUGAL, no existen bienes que liquidar.------------------ PUBLIQUESE, REGISTRESE Y DEJESE COPIA CERTIFICADA DE LA PRESENTE SENTENCIA.- CUMPLACE.--- Dado, firmado, sellado y refrendado en la sala del JUZGADO MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SOTILLO Y URACOA DE LA CIRCUNSC.....
