este Tribunal PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL Y MERCANTIL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MONAGAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, de conformidad con los artículos 12 del Código de Procedimiento Civil y 185-A del Código Civil, declara CON LUGAR la acción intentada y en consecuencia de ello disuelto el vínculo conyugal que existe entre los ciudadanos: LEONARDO JOSE BRAVO MENDOZA y KATHERINE DEL VALLE GORDONEZ PETIT, según matrimonio civil celebrado por ante la Prefectura Civil de la Parroquia Las Cocuizas, Municipio Maturín del Estado Monagas, en fecha VEINTINUEVE DE ENERO DE MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA YTRES.-
